In this course, you will work on your critical analysis and writing skills and learn the rhetorical skills necessary to become skilled advocates. This course will focus on detailed analysis of the 2024-2025 American Moot Court Association problem which includes two constitutional law areas - free speech (1st Amendment) and self-incrimination (5th Amendment) which you will brief and argue to a “moot” Supreme Court. This course promises to take you out of your comfort zone, making you more effective advocates and professionals.
