Admitted candidates are those who complete an application, meet the minimum requirements set forth by the College, and are likely to succeed in and contribute to the Carroll College community.
All offers of admission are contingent upon the successful completion of ongoing coursework, and the College reserves the right to revoke admission if current coursework is not satisfactorily completed. Any applicant who has been denied admission to any Carroll College program may not appeal that decision
Admission Requirements
- Applicants must have a minimum self-reported cumulative high school GPA of
2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent GPA on other grading scales) to be
automatically admitted to Carroll College. - Applicants with a GPA below 2.5 may be required to submit the following
materials for admission consideration:- Official 7th-semester or 8th-semester high school transcript
- Essay detailing why they would like to attend Carroll College
- Standardized test scores (ACT, SAT, or CLT)
- Applicants must graduate from an accredited high school, achieve a passing
score on an approved high school equivalency exam such as HiSET or GED, or
complete an equivalent home education program to enroll at Carroll College.
