Physics II: Electricity Magnetism and Optics.. A continuation of PHYS 201. Topics include electrical and magnetic phenomena, simple electrical circuits, and optics. Three hours lecture and one two-hour laboratory per week. NOTE: Students must separately enroll in a laboratory section (PHYS 202L) to be fully registered for PHYS 202.
Prerequisites

Students must pass PHYS-201 with a grade of "C-" or better to enroll in PHYS-202. Students who have successfully completed PHYS-206 cannot take PHYS-202.

Corequisites

Students must separately enroll in a laboratory section (PHYS-202L) concurrently to be fully registered for PHYS-202.
