Retirement Planning and Employee Benefits is a course designed to give students a working knowledge of the details and nuances of the vast array of retirement planning vehicles and strategies. Students will learn about qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, methods to determine retirement savings needs, rules and regulations regarding savings and withdrawal strategies, account options, plans available to highly compensated and key employees, and other employee benefit choices. Students will learn the eMoney fintech platform and earn the eMoney badge. This course is part of the CFP Board Registered Programs curricula.

Prerequisites

Take BA-313 BA-318. For the Financial Planning Certificate Program, contact the Registrar's Office for assistance if you fail passing the prerequisites or ask the instructor for a requisite waiver.
